Body isolations are the foundation of every quality dance style.
Once you master them, your body responds more naturally, and your dancing looks more confident and mature ?

This workshop is perfect if:
? you’ve never worked on body isolation before
? you feel like something is “missing” in your movement
? you want to revise and strengthen your technique
? you want to upgrade your dancing without learning new figures
